We aim to learn about behaviors, attitudes, and beliefs around the HPV vaccine. We seek to explore the motivations for HPV vaccination among gay, bisexual, and other men who have sex with men and the barriers and facilitators to HPV vaccine initiation and completion.
Participation Requirements
You must be willing and able to provide a copy of your California digital vaccination record. The process takes about 5 minutes. The study team can help you obtain this information.
You may not complete the survey over a virtual private network (VPN) to help protect the integrity of our data.
Your phone may not be a Google Voice number or similar voice over Internet protocol (VoIP) phone service.
You are welcome to take our survey on a mobile device but taking it on a computer will be faster (approximately 15- minutes).
